What's Your Ordering Turnaround Time?


Standard delivery is completed within 7-10 business days for Screen Printing and Embroidery.


Rush delivery is available for additional fees. Please call us at 813-612-5999 to discuss your ordering requirements.

What are Your Pick-Up & Shipping Options?


Your completed orders are available for pickup in our Tampa, FL office during normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.


Shipping is available through USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground.

What is your Payment Policy?


We require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, and the balance is due upon completion.  We accept Cash, Check, Purchase Order and Credit Card.

Red’s reserves the right to require payment in full up front or after order completion.

How Do I Receive A Quote?


For quotes, either submit a request with our online form, email or call our office at 813-612-5999 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What Artwork Do You Accept?


Our in-house artists can work with your own design or are available to create one for you.


Vector Graphics are our preferred format for art submissions. These files include CDR, AI, EPS, and PSD.  Please convert your fonts to curves to allow us to open your files.


Our graphic artists can certainly work with any file type you have on hand.  If the artwork must be recreated for printing use there may be an art fee.  This fee will be discussed with you before we begin processing your order.

Shipping and Return Policies:


All orders are shipped the same or next business day. No P.O. Boxes please.

Some items are not shipped directly from our warehouse, and therefore cannot be guaranteed to ship the same or next business day.



Please contact us for an return authorization number to place on the outside of the box.

Returns are accepted up to seven days after you receive your merchandise. For all non-defective items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Simply return the item to us in new condition, with the original packaging, and we will refund you for the purchase price of the merchandise, less shipping. If the merchandise is not received in new condition, it will be returned to you and no refund given.

With onsite screen printing and embroidery capability, along with our own graphic design team, we can design to your specifications or custom create original pieces for you to choose from.
